TfL operates door-to-door minibus services and a Taxicard scheme alongside its fully accessible regular bus fleet, so disabled and older Londoners can travel across the city even when mainstream transport isn't suitable.
Dial-a-Ride and Taxicard are for Londoners with permanent or long-term mobility, visual or cognitive impairments that make using the Tube, buses or trains impractical. Both require registration with proof of eligibility (e.g. PIP, DLA, Blue Badge, Freedom Pass).
