About East Midlands Railway

EMR took over from East Midlands Trains in 2019 and is run by Transport UK Group, the same operator behind Greater Anglia.

St Pancras International is shared with Eurostar, Thameslink and Southeastern Highspeed — making it London's most internationally-connected rail terminal.

The new Class 810 Aurora bi-mode fleet (currently in delivery) will replace the diesel Class 222 Meridians from 2026, allowing electric running on the newly electrified southern section of the Midland Main Line.
